What to do before visiting the service
We recommend that you back up your iOS device or your computer . If you do not have such an option, we can try to make a backup with us. The service is charged according to the current price list and cannot be performed if the device is not functional, has a broken display, or you do not know its input code. Be sure to turn off Find My iPhone. Your device cannot be diagnosed and repaired without disabling this feature.
